SAN ANTONIO – A person was fatally shot in the head during a dispute inside a Northeast Side car wash. (self defense training)
The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m., Saturday, on the 1200 block of NE Interstate 410 Loop.
According to the police, both the victim and the suspect were sitting inside the same car when the suspect fatally shot the victim once in the head.
Police say they’re still trying to figure out what transpired the shooting, but the suspect said he shot the victim out of self-defense.
